We’re inviting South Africans to share the stories behind the people they love and how Absa can help celebrate them. Through shared love stories and meaningful rewards, we’re shining a light on the relationships that keep us going.  

Over this two-week campaign, participants stand a chance to win their share of R50 000 in cash prizes, with 50 winners each receiving R1 000 to celebrate love in all its forms – partner love, bestie love, family love and self-love. Because joy is doubled when it’s shared with the people you love.

Absa Joys of January: Win Cash, Vouchers & Daily Prizes

The longest month of the year just keeps stretching. And the pressures of January are piling.

We’re turning everyday January stress into moments of relief with Absa Joys of January. This campaign is about making sure January does not steal joy out of your story. We’re inviting South Africans to share how we can ease the pressure and uplift their stories this month. For 15 days, there’ll be 250 winners across the campaign.

The daily prizes are designed to make the month feel lighter by bringing relief in practical ways. There’s cash to cover the essentials, bespoke Rich Mnisi merch and Puma vouchers to start the year looking good, plus Uber rides, Uber Eats, Takealot and Checkers vouchers to help you move, eat and shop with more joy.
