Absa Joys of January: Win Cash, Vouchers & Daily Prizes

The longest month of the year just keeps stretching. And the pressures of January are piling.

We’re turning everyday January stress into moments of relief with Absa Joys of January. This campaign is about making sure January does not steal joy out of your story.

We’re inviting South Africans to share how we can ease the pressure and uplift their stories this month. For 15 days, there’ll be 250 winners across the campaign.

The daily prizes are designed to make the month feel lighter by bringing relief in practical ways. There’s cash to cover the essentials, bespoke Rich Mnisi merch and Puma vouchers to start the year looking good, plus Uber rides, Uber Eats, Takealot and Checkers vouchers to help you move, eat and shop with more joy.

This January, we’re not asking you to just push through.

How to take part

Taking part is simple – and you can enter every day.

  1. Look out for the daily Joys of January competition post on Absa’s social media platforms.
  2. Comment by responding to the story-related prompt shared in the post.
  3. Keep your comment positive and authentic.
  4. Include #AbsaJoysOfJan in your comment.
  5. Tag someone whose story deserves a little joy.
