Every year, aspiring visual artists from 12 African nations are given the opportunity to display their skills via the Absa L'Atelier in partnership with the South African National Association for the Visual Arts (aka SANAVA).
Beyond the exhibition, the Absa L’Atelier serves as a platform for empowering these young artists to develop their artistic skillsets, serving as a catalyst to transform their potential into reality. The success stories of past victors turned Ambassadors, underscore how the Absa L’Atelier has not only fostered each artist’s artistic development on an international scale, but embodies our brand purpose by enabling the Ambassadors to realise their dreams, one story at a time.
